A Life-Changing Fitness Journey with Jared
I began training with Jared at the start of 2020, and it has been an incredible and transformative experience. Initially, our sessions were conducted online due to COVID restrictions, but as soon as they were lifted, Jared seamlessly transitioned to in-person training at my home. Throughout this entire process, Jared’s unwavering dedication and commitment to my fitness goals were evident.
One of my main objectives was to build a strong core and improve flexibility. Thanks to Jared’s expert guidance, personalized workout plans, and his genuine understanding of my capabilities, I have made exceptional progress in these areas. I started training with Jared about two years ago, and will continue to work with him for the foreseeable future. Working and living nomadically, meant keeping consistency with my training has traditionally been a challenge, having support and access to Jared online was the perfect ally to ground me into more consistency. I love that I can work with Jared in remote locations, and that I have that supportive ally to keep me pushing to new goals and health outcomes. Four things that I love about training with Jared – 1. He makes me laugh a lot while also pushing me through difficult physical boundaries, while building strength Im also getting a good dose of happy therapy. 2. He knows how to challenge me and to support my body in building agility and core strength, while using my natural body weight and the workout flow is the most natural and transformative of any training program I have ever engaged in, I have worked with a lot of personal trainers over the passed decade and Jareds method is by far my favourite. 3. Jared is accessible and always has suggestions at hand if I need support with nutrition, physical injury. 4 Jared always makes sure to focus on rehabilitative exercises and deep stretching as part of the over all training program which is essential for me with a long term spinal issue…..I would highly recommend Jared for anyone looking to support their health, wellness and physical fitness.
Jared is the type of personal trainer who motivates, inspires and gets you out of bed in the morning! His training is customized to suit your needs and individual personality! Jared got me through Covid lockdown with his online training program and I would highly recommend him for all fitness levels! He is simply awesome!
I have been training with Jared 3 times a week for over 6 months now and I have to say I am very happy with the results. We started training while I had a knee injury and he has taken me through all my healing stages in a very professional manner. I enjoy working with Jared as he also has great background knowledge on nutrition and the ematoma of the body.

After suffering a serious back injury in early 2020 which resulted in me needing 2 operations that year, I was struggling terribly with pain and depression at the beginning of 2021. I started training twice a week with Jared in April 2021 and now, 2 years later, I am pain free and back to my cheerful self. Jared tailors our sessions to how I feel on the day, both physically and mentally. He motivates me to keep training regularly and to push myself to try new things. I can honestly say that Jared changed my life by helping me to overcome my injury and I can highly recommend him!
In 2021 I found out I had a slipped disc in my lumbar spine. I was suffering from extreme sciatic pain as a result of this and could barely walk for months. Enter Jared The Travelling Trainer, and after a few sessions my pain was less, my mobility was increased and I got walking again!
We even managed to work together to avoid needing surgery on my back! I’ve never been a big exercise fan but Jared kept it interesting by not just having me run on a treadmill in a stuffy gym.
We went on hikes, did yoga on the beach and he kicked my ass a few times with his personalised Bootcamp workouts. Not only is Jared extremely knowledgeable in his field, he is also SUCH a good guy. The friendly banter and his great sense of humour will keep you from getting bored during sessions and creates a space you want to come into, instead of dreading your next workout.
Ultimately, my sessions with Jared were often the highlight of my day, something special I could do, just for myself and, working with him helped change the way I viewed exercise.

What started as a lockdown activity has turned into nearly three years of regular virtual training with Jared. It’s testament to his ability to create engaging and level-appropriate sessions that I’ve continued for so long, as a usually very reluctant exerciser!
